You can start fresh or use leftovers, I use leftover because my family doesn't like to eat the same dish twice. You can use any meat or none at all, pork, chicken, shrimp are our favorites. ( if using shrimp use fresh cooked it's better)

Ingredients For easy lo mein

  • 2 bag
    kroger brand, stir fry vegetables with noodles
  • 2 c
    cooked chicken cut into strips ( i use left overs for this dish, but you can cook fresh chicken too)
  • 4 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1-2 dash
    soy sauce ( to your liking)
  • 5-6 dash
    siracha sauce ( to your taste)
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes- optional

How To Make easy lo mein

  • 1
    add oil to a hot cast iron skillets or large frying pan.
  • 2
    Add vegatabe noodles and cook about 5 min. Stirring occasionally until noodles are desired crispness.

    Mix all other ingredients in a bowl until noodles are done
  • 4
    Add chicken and sauce toss to coat
