Ingredients For chinese chicken and vegetables

  • 1/2 lb
    chicken breast
  • 1 sm
    chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 lb
    mushrooms sliced
  • 1 md
    onion sliced
  • 2 c
    diced celery
  • 1/5oz. can
    water chestnuts
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger
  • 2 Tbsp
    msg
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 c
    cooked rice
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 pkg
    frozen mixed vegetables

How To Make chinese chicken and vegetables

    Slice Chicken into strips. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Heat oil in skillet or wok. Over medium heat Add chicken,cooking and stirring constantly until chicken is done and slightly browned. remove chicken to side.

    Add mushrooms, onion, celery, water chestnuts, salt, ginger, mgs, and mixed vegetables. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 minutes

    Mix cornstarch with soy sauce and sir into pan with chicken and vegetables. Cook for 5 more minutes.
