How To Make italian hamburger casserole

brown the ground beef with onions, garlic, and green pepper. Add the italian seasoning and spaghetti sauce. Stir in the cooked macaroni.

Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Place the macaroni mixture in pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese over top.

Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh basil
