Ingredients For easy chicken and stuffing casserole

1 pkg(6 ounce) chicken flavor stuffing mix

2 ccubed, cooked chicken

1 can(10 ounce) cream of chicken soup

1/3 csour cream
-
1 pkg(10 ounce) frozen peas and carrots, or frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese (optional)
How To Make easy chicken and stuffing casserole

1Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside.

2Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, vegetables and shredded Cheddar cheese and put into a 9 X 13 inch baking dish; top with prepared stuffing.

3Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
