1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1 cmilk

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

4 csliced potatoes

1 cangreen beans

1 lgsmoked sausage

2 Tbspparmesan cheese

paprika
How To Make cheesy scalloped potato cassarole

1Combine mayo, flour,salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Stir until thick and then add cheese: stir until melted.

2Place potatoes, green beans and sliced, fried sausage in a 10"x 6" dish.

3Pour sauce over and sprinkle with parmesian cheese, then the paprika.

4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1and a half hours.
