Ingredients For cheesy scalloped potato cassarole

  • half c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 c
    sliced potatoes
  • 1 can
    green beans
  • 1 lg
    smoked sausage
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • paprika

How To Make cheesy scalloped potato cassarole

  • 1
    Combine mayo, flour,salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Stir until thick and then add cheese: stir until melted.

    Place potatoes, green beans and sliced, fried sausage in a 10"x 6" dish.

    Pour sauce over and sprinkle with parmesian cheese, then the paprika.

    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1and a half hours.
