Ingredients For buffalo shrimp casserole

    cooked breaded shrimps
  • 1/2 c
    wing sauce
  • 6 c
    frozen hash brown potatoes,thawed
  • 1 1/4 c
    chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 3/4 c
    diced celery
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    corn flake crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter,melted
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make buffalo shrimp casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Spray 13x9" baking dish with cooking spray.

    Place breaded shrimps into a medium bowl and add wing sauce,stir.

    In large bowl,combine hash brown potatoes,dressing,celery and soup.Add shrimp mixture and combine well.

    Spoon into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheeses.In a small bowl,stir together corn flake crumbs,melted butter and parmesan cheese.Sprinkle in baking dish.
