2 to 3 lbchuck roast, cubed

4 mdpotatoes, cubed

2 lgonions, diced

3 lgcarrot, sliced

1 lbfrozen mixed vegetables

4 stalkcelery, chopped

2 candiced tomato's (28oz.)

2 canbeef broth (32 oz.)

7 lgdashes hot sauce
-
4 Tbspminced garlic
-
2 Tbspchopped bazil
-
4bay leaves
-
1/4 cparsley flakes
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make vegetable beef soup

1Flour & Brown Meat in the Olive Oil.

2Add all remaining ingredients
-
3Cover & simmer 2 to 3 hours or until all ingredients are tender
