Ingredients For taco biscuit bake

1 (16 oz) jarold el paso medium taco sauce

1 (12 oz) pkghungry jack buttermilk flaky biscuits

1 pkgold el paso taco seasoning mix

1 csharp cheddar cheese, grated
-
1 cmozzarella cheese, grated
-
1 smcan sliced black olives, drained
-
1 smcan mushroom pieces and stems, drained
-
1 lblean ground beef
-
1/2red bell pepper, chopped
-
1/2green bell pepper, chopped
-
1/2 lgonion, chopped
How To Make taco biscuit bake

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish

2Spread the taco sauce evenly over the bottom.

3Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place biscuits on taco sauce and turn to coat.

4Sprinkle biscuits with 1/2 of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese and all of the olives.

5Mix gently and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until bubbly.

6In a large skillet, combine the ground beef, peppers, mushrooms, and taco seasoning. Cook until beef is browned. Drain.

7Place the beef mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake another 5 to 7 minutes.
