When I buy round steak it is usually to make chicken fried steak. When I went to make them I discovered that I was real tired of fried foods. So I made this.

round steak

onions, sliced
1 jar

sliced mushrooms
1 lb

bacon, diced
1 lg

red bell pepper, sliced
5 lg

potatos, sliced
salt and pepper
paprika

How To Make round steak bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish with bacon.

Place steak on bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Layer onion, red bell pepper, and mushrooms over steak.

Place sliced potatoes over vegetables. Salt and pepper the potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
