Ingredients For easy roast beef barbecue--crock pot

  • 3-4 lb
    beef roast
  • 12 oz
    bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 12
    sandwich rolls

How To Make easy roast beef barbecue--crock pot

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except rolls in crock pot. Cover and cook on high 1 hour and then on low 9 hours. Shred meat using 2 forks. Mix thoroughly with sauce. Serve on sandwich rolls. Makes 12 servings.
