1 cup chopped onion

2 lbs. beef stew meat

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar
How To Make crock pot sweet and sour beef stew

1Place onion in bottom of slow cooker.

2In a bowl, mix meat and remaining ingredients together. Transfer to slow cooker.

3Cook on high 1 hour and then on low 4-6 hours or until meat and onion are tender.

4Serve over cooked rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
