Ingredients For no crust veggie pizza

  • portebello mushroom caps
  • sliced bell peppers, use whatever colors you like
  • marinara sauce or pizza sauce
  • parmesan cheese- can use light or fat free
  • onion
  • any other veggies you prefer!

How To Make no crust veggie pizza

  • 1
    Place mushroom caps upside down on cookie sheet. Spread about 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each mushroom then top with veggies and cheese.

    Bake at 350 until cheese melts and everything is warmed through. I did not give measurements because you can build these to your liking. If you like less sauce you can use less. There are so many combinations to try!
