Ingredients For italian sausage peppers

3 lbitalian sausage links, cut into 3/4 in. slices, casing removed

4 mdgreen peppers, cut into thin strips

1 mdonion, thinly sliced and quartered

1 Tbspbutter or stick marg.

3 Tbspchicken broth

6plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped

How To Make italian sausage peppers

1In a dutch oven, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink: drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 30 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Serve with a slotted spoon.
