These are so easy to make and the kids have a lot of fun helping to stuff and roll them! They are very versatile and you can add any ingredient or seasoning that you want or like. These are very easy to make "your own"!

    pasta sauce
  • 1 pkg
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg
    lasagna noodles
  • 1 pinch

    salt and pepper

How To Make easy lasagna rolls

  • 1
pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. boil the lasagna noodles. brown the Italian sausage
  • 2
spread the ricotta cheese in a layer as thick as you want on the cooked noodles
  • 3
sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper and any other seasonings you like on lasagna....personally, I like the Garlic Festival seasoning on mine!
  • 4
then sprinkle the Italian sausage crumbles on top of the cheese and seasonings. this is where you can also add any other ingredients you want, such as green peppers, onions, mushrooms, more cheese, etc...
  • 5
roll up the noodles and place them in a baking dish....I use the glass Pyrex baking dishes and they work great for this
  • 6
pour the pasta sauce on top of the rolls in the dish...you can use any pasta sauce you want even the alfredo! and top with the shredded mozzarella
  • 7
bake the rolls for about 25 minutes or until the cheese on top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling
