Living on the coast in Alaska ensures you have abundant fish. Halibut is one of my favorite options. It is a firm but mild white fish. This is one of the easy, quick recipes that my family loves. Almost every Alaskan has their own version of this recipe. I like to serve this with rice.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

An easy and delicious way to bake halibut. The halibut is tender and most. The sauce is rich with a creamy, tangy flavor. Serve this easy-to-make recipe for dinner and everyone will be asking for seconds. It's simple for a weeknight meal but fancy enough when hosting company.
