simple and yummy tuna noodle casserole

This is super simple to make and will make it to your list of comfort food favorites. I use fresh baby bella mushrooms. I like panko instead of regular bread crumbs for that extra crunch, and cant forget the Manischewitz egg noodles. I find them to be the best. Ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients For simple and yummy tuna noodle casserole

  • 1 bag
    manischewitz egg noodles
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 2 can
    tuna
  • 1 c
    sliced bella mushrooms
  • 2 can
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • To Taste
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    celery

How To Make simple and yummy tuna noodle casserole

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C)

    In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup, and mushrooms. Transfer to 9x13 baking dish, and top with the remaining cup of cheese and panko bread crumbs.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
