Ingredients For linguine and clams

12 ozlinguini
-
1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

6 clovegarlic, finely chopped
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
1 can15 ounce diced tomatoes
-
2 can6,5 ounce clams or 1/2 pound small shrimp or both
-
1/2 cfresh flat leaf chopped parsley
-
cbaby spinach
-
2grated parmesan cheese
How To Make linguine and clams

1Cook pasta according to package directions..drain and return to potmmIn a large skillet heat the oil, garlic and crushed pepper flakes, stirring occasionally about 3 minutes.

2Add the tomatoes and wine along with the clams and simmer stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Stir in the parsley and spinach and shrimp if using...toss pasta. psrsley, spinach into the tomato mixture...serve with grated parmesam cheese sprinkled over top. garlic bread goes well with this dish.

3I omitted the wine 1 cup of white wine optional.
