Ingredients For fresh salmon with pecan crunch coating

  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 4 tsp
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp
    fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4
    salmon filets, 4 - 6 ounces each
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon wedges

How To Make fresh salmon with pecan crunch coating

    Mix together mustard, butter and honey in a small bowl and set aside. Mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley in another small bowl and set aside.

    Season filets with salt and pepper. Place in a lightly greased baking poan and brush with the mustard mixture. Spread with bread crumb and pecan mixture.

    Bake at 450 degree oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
