Ingredients For fish stuffed peppers

  • 1 c
    firmly packed ground rough fish
  • 3 Tbsp
    uncooked rice
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped celery
  • 1 lg
    can tomato juice (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • several drops tabasco sauce
  • 4 md
    peppers, cleaned

How To Make fish stuffed peppers

  • 1
    Mix fish, rice, onions, celery, salt and pepper. Pack mixture into peppers which have been cleaned and the insides removed.

    Place stuffed peppers in a deep pan and pour tomato juice (optional) over all. Add tabasco sauce. Simmer over low heat for one hour.
