Ingredients For fish stuffed peppers

1 cfirmly packed ground rough fish

3 Tbspuncooked rice

4 Tbspchopped onions
-
1 Tbspchopped celery

1 lgcan tomato juice (optional)

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
several drops tabasco sauce
-
4 mdpeppers, cleaned
How To Make fish stuffed peppers

1Mix fish, rice, onions, celery, salt and pepper. Pack mixture into peppers which have been cleaned and the insides removed.

2Place stuffed peppers in a deep pan and pour tomato juice (optional) over all. Add tabasco sauce. Simmer over low heat for one hour.
