Ingredients For fish sausage patties

  • 2 lb
    fish fillets
  • 2 md
    green onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp
    sage
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 20
    saltine crackers, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make fish sausage patties

  • 1
    Put fillets through meat grinder. Mix all ingredients together. Make into patties and fry like hamburger.
