The word Haka always makes me smile. It means "boil", like boiling in a pot; but it is also the name of a cultural dance that is very well known...done alot at Rugby and Football games involving Tongans. The dance looks very much like the men are boiling mad and determined to say the least! It is traditionally a war dance. This is one of my very favorite ways to eat and prepare fish. It is absolutely delicious; a favorite of my family. Maybe yours too?!
