2 cspicy salsa

2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easy, spicy cod fillets

1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a casserole dish w/ cooking spray.

2Rinse cod and pat dry. Place cod in casserole dish.

3Pour salsa over cod. Sprinkle w/ parsley, salt and pepper. Bake for 30 min, or until fish flakes easily.
