Ingredients For wild chicken casserole with fettuccine

1package sliced almonds

1 cshredded Parmesan cheese

1 lbuncooked fettuccine pasta

1 Tbspolive oil

5boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

2carrots, chopped
-
1 lgvidalia sweet onion, peeled and diced

2 Tbspchicken seasoning
-
2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper

1 Tbspmargarine
-
1 cheavy cream
-
3/4 chalf and half
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
2 tspseasoned pepper
-
2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

1 cseasoned bread crumbs
How To Make wild chicken casserole with fettuccine

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Coat a 15 - x 10-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add sliced almonds and shredded Parmesan cheese; mix well.

3Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain.

4Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add fresh chicken strips, carrots and onion; saute for 6 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender.

5Stir in chicken seasoning, garlic powder and sea salt/black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

6Melt margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Combine heavy cream, half and half, cream cheese, soups and seasoned pepper; stir well and let simmer for 8 minutes until creamy and smooth.

7Reduce to low heat, add chicken strip mixture, cooked fettuccine and 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Mix together until combined. Remove from heat.

8Bake for 25 minutes.Take out of the oven; remove the aluminum foil.

9Sprinkle with remaining shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Return to the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
