A sweet elderly lady from my youth gave this recipe to me after I was first married and I use it as a stand-by when I can't think of anything else to eat and we always enjoy it. It is so moist and tasty!!

1 bottle8 oz bottle of russian dressing

1 pkgdry onion soup mix

1 jar10 oz jar apricot preserves

6chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
How To Make sweet & sour chicken

1Combine dressing, soup mix & preserves. Palce chicken in well greased, large shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour.
