I love this recipe because you can add as much chicken as you want but if you add more chicken increase your onions and peppers. It will feed 1 to 2 or a whole crowd.

cut chicken into small bit size peices

put into frying pan and start to cook when just starting to cook add onion, bell pepper, and pineapple chunks

when this is just about 3 or 4 min from being done add sweet and sour sauce.
