Ingredients For similar to cajun cafe bourbon chicken

1 lbchicken leg and thigh meat cut into bite size pieces

4 ozsoy sauce

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 tspgarlic powder

2 Tbspdried minced onion

1/2 cbourbon whiskey

1 tsppowdered ginger
-
2 Tbspwhite wine
How To Make similar to cajun cafe bourbon chicken

1combine all ingredients except the wine and pour over the chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate overnight ( stirring often) .

2Bake at 350 for one hour in a single layer, basting every 10 minutes. Remove chicken form the pan and keep warm.

3Scrape pan juices and brown bits into skillet. Heat, and add the white wine. Stir in chicken. Cook for 1 minute.
