This recipe is delicious! Its not always pretty but everyone always loves it. I love to eat it with some Tortilla chips and its good for when you have a few people to feed.

Ingredients For santa fe chicken

    large chicken breasts
  • 1 jar
    salsa
  • 2 can
    black beans
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 2 c
    rice
  • 2 can
    mexi corn

How To Make santa fe chicken

    Take the Chicken, corn, black beans, and half the jar of salsa and put them in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked thru. While you are cooking that you can cook the rice. You can eat this with any rice, but I like to eat it with white. You can cook that according to the directions on the package. When the Chicken is cooked take it out of the crock pot and cut into cubes or shred it if you like, then put in back into the crock pot and add the rest of the salsa. Cube the cream cheese then add to the mix.If you like add some shredded cheese. When that is all in you can add the rice to the crock pot and mix it well. When the cream cheese is all melted it is ready to eat.
