I came up with this one night when I wanted to make "shake ~n~ bake" pork chops. It could also be used to coat chicken.

Ingredients For pork chop breading

1 c

fine bread crumbs
1/3 - 1/2 c

wheat flour
1/2 Tbsp

minced onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp

cavender's greek seasoning or seasoned salt
1/4 tsp

chili powder

How To Make pork chop breading

Mix all ingredients in a large plastic resealable bag. Add pork chops or chicken 1 at a time and shake to coat.

Bake at 350 30-45 minutes or until done.
