Ingredients For johnny's curried chicken

    whole chicken
  • 1
    bunch of broccoli
  • 1
    bell pepper
  • 5
    large carrots
  • 1 bunch
    scallions
  • 1
    head of cabbage
  • 1/4 c
    red curry paste
  • 1/4 c
    curry powder preferrably island curry
  • 2 Tbsp
    garan marsala
  • 6 clove
    fresh garlic crushed
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 3 dash
    worshershire sauce
  • 4 c
    white rice/ preferred basmatti
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make johnny's curried chicken

  • 1
    Debone and cut chicken into small pieces. Chop bell pepper, carrots, and scallions. Add to chicken, mix in 1/2 of the curry powder, curry paste,ketchup, worchershire sauce, garlic. Mix ingredients and marinate overnight. Put chicken mixture into heavy pot with olive oil cook until chicken is almost done. Add garam marsala, rest of curry powder, brocolli,cabbage. Cook stirring constantly until chicken, vegtables are done. Cook rice. Serve chicken mixture over rice.
