This is so simple to make, and creates a delicious sauce to put over rice. Even though I usually make this for just the two of us I make the full amount of sauce because it's so good. If I were baking 3 pounds of chicken I'd probably double the sauce ingredients.

butter

honey
1/4 c

mustard (i use brown.)

How To Make honey curry chicken

Preheat oven to 375. Melt the butter in a 9x13 baking dish. Add remaining ingredients and blend.

Roll chicken in mixture. Arrange pieces in baking dish and pour remaining sauce over chicken.

Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Good served with rice.
