1 oz pkg dry ranch salad dressing mix
2 Tbsp

canola oil
1 Tbsp

red-wine vinegar

How To Make easy ranch chicken

In a lg resealable plasstic bag, mix together ranch dressing, oil and vinegar.

Add chicken, shake to coat. Refrigerate 1 hr. Heat oven to broil. Take chicken from bag and place on a broiler pan. Discard marinade.

Broil chicken 10-15 mins, or until no longer pink inside.
