My story about this recipe is I just thought of it tonight for dinner while teaching my teen son how to cook in the ninja cooker.I'm tryn to teach him how to be independent & wise for when he is ready to move out into the world on his own.I had been racking my brain trying to come up with quick & easy meals with out a lot of clean up..(because he hates doing dishes..he better get rich & hire a maid..lol)But when he seen how fast & easy it was to make a great tasting meal he got so excited & offered to cook dinner for all of us tomorrow night! I surprise even myself with this dish, its yum!
