Ingredients For dressed up chicken and wine

44 oz chicken cutlets

1/2 cflour

1 lgegg beaten

1/4 cup colive oil

3/4 cchicken broth
-
1/4 cgrape tomatoes cut in half

10 ozsliced mushrooms
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
3/4 cwhitw wine
-
1/2 tspfresh rosmary
-
2 Tbspfresh parsley
-
1 canartichoke hearts
-
1 bag10oz spinach
-
1/2 lbfancy pasta

3 clovegarlic diced small
How To Make dressed up chicken and wine

1Place chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound with mallet until 1/3 inch thick sprinkle with salt and pepper

2Dip chicken in flour then beaten egg and fry in oil till brown Transfer to plate use same pan to sautee spinach till cooked drain and set aside

3Cook Pasta till Al dente ,drain Spread on platter then top with spinach , then chicken

4Sautee mushroom in butter and diced garlic add rosemary, parsley salt pepper white wine cook 5 min add broth and cook 5 more min add cut tomatoes and artichoke hearts

5Pour sauce over chicken and pasta
