I was trying to think of something to do with what I had on hand at home and this is what I came up with...

Ingredients For crockpot chicken and rice

4boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 canchicken broth

1 cancream of chicken soup

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cminute rice
How To Make crockpot chicken and rice

1Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, and soup to crockpot, season with salt and pepper. I cooked this for 4 hrs in the crockpot, then added the rice at the last. Cooked about another 15 minutes for rice to get done, stirring every once in a while till it is done to your liking. Turned off the Crock and let it set 5 minutes more. Or turn to warm if your crockpot has that. You could cook this longer if you are going to be gone,say 6 or 8 hours and add rice when you get home. Serve...very tasty...
