I got this recipe at our family reunion. I thought it was like an enchilada style and my cousins thought it was an alfredo!! We were both wrong!! Either way it's delicious and simple to make!!!

1/2 mdchicken use any parts i use breast

1 boxrotini pasta

1 bottleranch dressing normal size

1green bell pepper

1onion

1 1/2 cshredded mozzerella cheese
How To Make creamy ranch hot pasta

1Cook chicken and pasta thoroughly. You can use leftover chicken if it's available. One night I cook a whole chicken for supper and we eat half for supper and then I will make this the next night and my family has no idea it's from leftovers!!

2In a 9x13 cake pan mix shredded chicken, pasta, ranch, chopped pepper&onions together. Top with mozzarella. You can add more if you want. Bake at 350 for 35 min or until done.
