1Place chicken pieces in a baking pan, skin side up. Brush chicken pieces with honey mixture. Bake in 350 oven, brushing chicken with more honey mixture once or twice, for about 40 minutes or until chicken in cooked through and skin is dark brown and crispy. We always have this with rice that we spoon pan drippings over.
