I love egg rolls and have had about everything you can amagine in them. This is one of the easiest. Makes a great after school snack or Movie snack also

Ingredients For chicken salsa con queso egg rolls

  • 1-3 c
    leeftover chicken
  • 1 jar
    tostitos salsa con queso (i used medium)
  • 1 pkg
    egg roll wrappers (or less)
  • hot oil to fry in

How To Make chicken salsa con queso egg rolls

  • 1
    Cut leftover Chicken into pieces and put in a bowl. Add enough tostitos salas conqueso (looks like liquid cheese)into the bowlto mix to a nice consistancy. and set aside.

    Get egg roll wrappers ready and place a couple of tablespoons (heaping) on a diagonal and roll like an egg roll.

    Put into hot oil and fry until golden brown 2-5 minutes. Turn half way through.
