Cook macaronie .Meanwhile cook chicken in non-stick skillet with cooking spray.Cook 5 to 7 minutes,stirring frequently.

Drain macaroni and add to chicken.Stir in the rest of ingredients.Spoon into baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated all the way through.Serve with nacho chips.
