This recipe is my families favorite. My mom got it when I was a kid from someone at my dads work. It's indescribably good! Everyone I've ever made it for loves it! I feel like it's a secret recipe because it's been in my life forever & only my family has made it. But, I want to share it with the world!!! Also, this is my kids favorite meal, they beg for me to make it.

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Place chicken breast on cookie sheet & bake for 30min. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the broccoli. Steam just until slightly tender. Get a 13x9x2 inch pan, I use a glass pyrex dish. Cover the bottom of the pan with the broccoli. While the broccoli is cooking, prepare the curry sauce. Mix soup, water, mayo, curry, salt until nice and creamy, pour on brocolli, add chicken and more sauce, then shredded cheddar, bake at 350 for an hour and a half, until top of cheese looks a little crisp. It's so delicious, serve over white rice. This is my all time favorite meal, I hope you love it as much as my family!!!!!
