Ingredients For chicken-chili casserole

1 Tbspoil

4 lgbell peppers, colors of choice

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

2 ozgreen chiles, diced

2 ozblack olives, sliced

8 ozcorn, frozen

1 cchicken, cooked and diced

2garlic cloves, crushed

1 mdonion, chopped

1 cjack cheese, grated
How To Make chicken-chili casserole

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Cook onions and garlic in oil until soft.

3Turn off heat; mix in chicken, corn, olives, chiles and pepper flakes.

4Remove tops from bell peppers, then slice in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes and arrange around edge of casserole.

5Add cheese to chicken mixture and move immediately to casserole; bake 45 minutes.
