How To Make chicken arugula and pasta toss

1Blanch the tomatoes, peeled and coarsley chopped. chop green pepper...In large bowl combine arugula, pepper. shallots, chicken, vinegar, oil, garlic and tomatoes....let stand covered for 1 hour.

2Cook pasta til tender, drain and toss with above mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley,,,serve warm.
