1 lbrotini pasta

1 Tbspavocado oil

4 csliced leftover rotisserie chicken

4 Tbspcreamy wing sauce, divided

1 cheavy cream
-
1packet Italian dressing mix

4 ozcream cheese, softened

3/4 chalf and half
-
2banana peppers, chopped
-
1 ccrumbled blue cheese
-
1 cshredded colby jack cheese
-
3/4 cshredded Swiss cheese
-
3/4 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make cheesy buffalo chicken casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 11 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Cook rotini pasta according to package directions.

3Heat avocado oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add rotisserie chicken and saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in 2 tablespoons wing sauce. Remove from heat.

4In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, Italian dressing mix, cream cheese, half and half, chopped banana peppers, blue cheese and remaining wing sauce; whisk together until blended.

5Add cooked rotini pasta and blue cheese sauce into chicken mixture. Stir well until combined.

6Pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle with colby jack, Swiss and sharp cheddar cheese.

7Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling and the cheese is melted.
