So very tasty! I usually serve with Asian Hot Mustard or Sweet and Sour Sauce. The corn starch gives this chicken a very nice coating and the flavors are fantastic.

Ingredients For asian chicken wings

  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 sprig
    green onions minced
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    corn starch
  • 3 lb
    chicken wings

How To Make asian chicken wings

  • 1
    Mix all but chicken in a good marinade bowl. Then add chicken and let it marinade over night.

    Heat cooking oil to fry at 350 degrees. Carefully drop ckicken pieces one at a time and cook until golden.

    Serve with hot mustard or sweet and sour sauce or asian hot sauce whichever you prefer.
