1 1/2 lb

lean ground beef
3/4 c

salsa
1/2 c

bread crumbs
1 1/2 c

How To Make zucchini boats

cut zucchini in hald lengthwise. Scoop out inside leaving a 1/4 inch shell.icrowave for 3 min covered. Drain and set aside. Cook beef in skillet until no longer pink. Add salsa, bread crumbs and 1 cup of the cheese. spices

fill zucchini shells. Microwave for 3 min.

top with remaining cheese and again microwave for 3 min. enjoy.
