  Measure corn flakes cereal. Crush to 3/4 cup. Place in large mixing bowl. Add egg, 1/4 C. of bbq sauce, the salt and pepper. Mix throughly. Add ground beef. Mix only until combined. Shape into 6 oval patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Place on lightly greased or foil lined shallow baking pan. Brush patties with remaining bbq sauce. Bake in oven at 375 about 20 minutes for medium doneness. Shorten or lengthen baking time according to preference. Do not turn patties while baking.
