I have made Cheese steak sammies, subs, burgers and quesadilla's, so figured it was time to do a pizza. And I changed up a couple ingredients to make it TEXAS style. This would also be fabulous grilled!!

**ribeye sliced paper thin or chopped
**poblanos, sliced
**onions, sliced
**asadero, sliced or shredded

Season and cook ribeye on a griddle, grill or skillet.Slice and cook poblano and onions until slightly tender.

Roll dough out and drizzle with olive oil. Top with grated Asadero (or Monterrey Jack) cheese, top with cooked ribeye and veggies. Bake 425° for about 30 min.
