We used to have this at home growing up. I've made a few additions to the original recipe, but it still always reminds me of home.

Ingredients For tater tot casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 2-3
    celery stalks, chopped
  • dash
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sm
    can of corn
  • 4 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg
    tater tots

How To Make tater tot casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2
    Brown ground beef, chopped onions, and chopped celery. Salt and pepper to taste. When browned, drain and put into 13 x 9 pan.

    Spread soup on top of beef mixture. Layer with corn and cheese. Cover with tater tots. Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
