Ingredients For sweet and sour meatloaf

1-1/2 lb

ground beef
1 c

bread crumbs, dry

eggs
1 tsp

instant minced onion
1/4 tsp

pepper
1 tsp

salt
1 can

15 oz tomato sauce, divided
TOPPPING
reserved tomato sauce
2 Tbsp

brown sugar
2 Tbsp

vinegar
1/2 c

sugar
2 tsp

prepared mustard

How To Make sweet and sour meatloaf

Mix together beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs. Add onion and 1/2 of tomato sauce. Form into loaf in 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50 min. In saucepan combine topping ingredients; bring to boil. Pour over meat loaf; bake 10 min more

I pour only a little over meatloaf and save the rest to use as a gravey to pour over the meat at the table.
