I needed a new way to make steak and potatoes. This fits the bill and my family loves it.

Ingredients For round steak supper (crock pot)

  • 4 lg
    poptatoes
  • 1 1/2 lb
    beef top round steak, boneless
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 bag
    onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make round steak supper (crock pot)

    Peel and cube potatoes and place in crock pot.

    Cut beef into 4 pieces and place over potatoes. Combine soup, water, onion soup mix, pepper and garlic in a bowl and mix.

    Pour over beef and cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low. Serve with vegetables.
