I like to cook but my Husband always tells me that I have flour from one end of the kitchen to the other when i fry chicken. Chicken is one of his favorites.

Ingredients For poor man's quick steak in mushroom sauce

1 lbground chuck

1 Tbspsalt

1 tsppepper

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cmilk, 2%
How To Make poor man's quick steak in mushroom sauce

1Mix together the Ground Chuck and the salt and pepper.

2Shape into four Patties

3Brown the patties in a large Skillet until browned

4Drain the patties and put into casserole dish

5Mix together the Cream of Mushroom soup and the one cup of milk togther and pour over the Hamburger Patties

6Cover with lid or foil and bake at 375* for 15 minutes, uncover for the last five minutes .

7You may serve this Poor Man's Hamburger steak with fluffly mashed potatoes or cooked rice.
